DANNON LOW FAT MUFFINS 
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup Dannon plain non or low-fat yogurt
2/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup blueberries or grated apple (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in yogurt, milk and fruit (if using), blending until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full.

Bake at 400°F for 18 minutes or until brown.

Makes 12 muffins.

Used this recipe with Yoplait low fat peach yogurt with whole wheat flour and Splenda. Added a small can of peach slices. Turned out fantastic! I wanted something wholesome and healthy for a pre-workout breakfast. This recipe is it!
