KIELBASI REUBEN | |
1 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed & squeezed dry 2 med. tomatoes 3 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing 1 lb. kielbasi 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded 10 crisp rye crackers, crumbled 1/4 tsp. caraway seed 2 tbsp. butter, melted Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread sauerkraut in approximately a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with tomato slices and dot with dressing. Cover with kielbasi pieces sliced lengthwise to lay flat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with mixture of crackers caraway seeds and melted butter. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes. |
