WORLD'S BEST SUGAR COOKIES 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Cream together the 2 sugars and the butter; add the vegetable oil, vanilla, and 2 beaten eggs.

Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar.

Add sifted dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix well. Shape dough into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Press with fancy or plain glass bottom dipped in sugar. Sprinkle sugar generously on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Makes 100.
