SKILLET SUPPER 
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
1 (6 1/2 oz.) 5 minute long grain & wild rice with mix
1 tbsp. canola oil

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic, onion and turkey until tender. Add oregano. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover. Simmer 5 minutes for a no cholesterol dish.
