HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash pepper
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
8-10 hamburger buns, split & toasted

Place beef and bacon in skillet and stir until beef is browned. Add onions and cook until tender. Spoon off excess fat. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and paprika into meat. Stir in soup, cook, uncovered on low heat about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often. Stir in sour cream; heat. Serve on toasted buns.
