TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 pkgs. vanilla tapioca pudding
Liquid drained from canned fruit plus water to equal 3 cups
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits
2 bananas, sliced

Pour tapioca pudding and liquid in large saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Then add fruit and mix gently but thoroughly. Turn into casserole or salad bowl and chill until set before serving.
