JELLO TAPIOCA SALAD 
1 lg. box of your favorite Jello (even sugar-free)
3 c. water
2 boxes Americana tapioca pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz. carton Cool Whip

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and cook until clear. Chill until slightly thickened. Whip and add pineapple and oranges. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
