PIE CRUST 
One Crust:

3/4 c flour
1/3 c shortening
1/4 tsp salt
ice cold water

For 2 Pie Crust:

1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c shortening
1/2 tsp salt
ice cold water

Cut shortening into flour and salt mixture. Use enough ice water to form a soft ball. Roll onto floured surface.
