SMOTHERED STEAK 
1 med. size steak
1/2 med. onion
1 stalk celery
Black pepper
Flour
1 stick Chiffon butter
1/2 med. bell pepper
Meat tenderizer
Season All

Melt butter in large skillet. Wash steak. Sprinkle meat tenderizer, black pepper and season all on both sides of steak. Sprinkle lightly with flour. Place steak in skillet. Chop real fine, onion, bell pepper and celery. After browning steak on both sides, put onion, bell pepper and celery in skillet with steak. Turn on low heat and put a top on skillet for 15 minutes. Turn steak over and let simmer for another 10 minutes. Add 1 cup water and let the gravy cook down to your satisfaction.
