1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. container Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding

Crumble or process cookies in food processor. Put 2/3 of cookies on bottom of large (13x9 inch) dish. Reserve 1/3 for topping.

Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth and light.

Mix 3 cups milk with instant pudding and add to Cool Whip mixture. Combine and spread over Oreo's in the dish. Sprinkle remaining crushed cookies ("Dirt") over top. Keep chilled. Better next day!
