CINNAMON ROLLS 
3 pkgs. yeast
1 c. hot water
1 c. scalding milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. butter
6 to 8 c. flour
1 egg

Mix hot water and yeast. Mix milk, sugar, salt, butter and egg, set aside until mix cools to warm. Add water and yeast mixture. Add flour one cup at a time. Stir until it forms a big ball. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Knead it for 5 minutes.

Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick. Spread on butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up tightly and cut into slices 1 1/2 inches thick. Place in two 9 x 13 inch greased pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

GLAZE:

Butter
Vani lla
Milk
Powdered sugar

Mix together and spread over buns while still warm.
