1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil

Mix ingredients together; beat with electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes. Pour into well greased, floured pans. Will make 2-4 layer or sheet cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes for layers or 35-40 minutes for sheet cake.

ICING:

3 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, with juice
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix pudding with pineapple until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip.
