CURRIED SHRIMP AND ZUCCHINI 
2 slices bacon
2 med. zucchini, sliced
1 sm. tomato, chopped
1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Fry bacon until crisp, remove and saute zucchini in grease until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.
