PUDDING DELIGHT 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and pat into bottom of 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Cream above together and spread over 1st layer after it has cooled.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding, any flavor
3 c. cold milk

Beat until thick. Spread over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of 3rd layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Keep refrigerated.
