CHOCOLATE REVEL BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. oats

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Stir in oats, add to cream mixture. Spread 2/3 of the mixture on bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased pan. Cover with chocolate filling, top with remaining oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (Do not overbake)

FILLING: (melt all ingredients together):

12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
15 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. nuts, opt.
