RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can condensed milk
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. water

Cook the rice in 3 cups of boiling water with the cinnamon stick. When the rice is done, add the milk and 1/2 cup of water, along with the sugar. Cook for 5 more minutes. Add the raisins. Eat it cold. Serves 8.
