PUMPKIN DIP | |
1 1/2 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin 1 lb. box confectioners sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger Gingersnaps Mix all ingredients together with an electric or hand mixer, removing all lumps until mixture is smooth. Chill and serve with gingersnaps. Recipe can be cut in half, if desired. |
