1 box Jiffy muffin mix
1/2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. celery
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Mix Jiffy as directed. Add all other ingredients. Mix for three minutes. Grease muffin pans. Pour mixture into 12 muffin pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves with turkey and gravy.
