3/4 c. Karo syrup
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
4 c. Special K or Rice Krispies
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1/2 bag butterscotch chips

Dissolve in large saucepan first 2 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Take off stove. Add peanut butter and stir. Then add cereal. Press in 9x13 pan.

Melt both kinds of chips over hot water. Spread on pan mix.
