BAKED CHICKEN 
1 Chicken Cut-Up
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
Bread Crumbs or Crushed Corn Flakes
Poultry Seasoning

Beat eggs and milk together. Dip pieces of chicken in egg and milk mixture. Roll in crumbs. Place in well greased baking dish using butter. Salt to taste. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning.

Bake at 325 until meat loosens from bone.
