PUMPKIN PIE 
1 pie crust, unbaked
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. honey
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs

In mixing bowl, combine sugar, salt and spices. Stir in pumpkin and honey. In a saucepan heat milk, add warm milk and eggs to pumpkin mixture. Blend thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pastry and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer, or until center is set.
