QUICK CHEESY POTATOES | |
1 lb. pkt. frozen French fries 2 oz. butter 6 oz. cream 6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated 4 slices processed cheese 1 tsp. each of chopped chives, salt & black pepper 2 tbsp. minced onion Combine the butter, cream, cheeses, chives, salt, pepper and onion in a saucepan. Heat until the cheeses are melted, stirring to make a smooth sauce. Oil a large casserole and put the fries in the bottom then pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes. Stir and bake in a 450 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. |
