MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. whole kernel corn

Brown beef and drain. Stir in dry taco mix. Add tomatoes and corn. Bring to boil. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Carefully top with corn bread batter. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. (May use corn bread mix or your own recipe.)
