MINI TAQUITOS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Flour tortillas
Wooden toothpicks

In bowl, mix hamburger, onion, and season with salt and pepper. Cut flour tortillas in triangles. Spoon a teaspoon of meat into the triangle flour tortilla; roll up large side first. Fasten with a toothpick. Deep fat fry Mini Taquitos first before serving. Serve with hot sauce or salsa.
