PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts (I like it better without nuts) Combine sugar, butter, milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased pan, cool and cut into squares. |
