PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESE PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. vanilla pudding mix - not instant
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Beat all ingredients together for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased round pie pan. Drain juice from a can of peaches. Arrange slices of peaches on top of crust mixture.

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice

Beat for 2 minutes and pour within 1/2 inch of edge of pan. Sprinkle top with mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
