BAKED CHICKEN REUBEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained and pressed
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. bottled Russian or Thousand Isle dressing
1 tbsp. parsley

Place chicken in greased pan. Pepper chicken. Place sauerkraut over chicken. Top with cheese.

Pour dressing over above. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted with ease. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
