FROZEN CHEESE CAKE 
3 eggs, separated
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
12 graham crackers
2 c. whipped cream

Cream egg yolks, cheese, sugar, salt and add vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white and whipped cream. Line pan with 6 crushed graham crackers. Pour filling over crumbs. Top with 6 crackers. Put in freezer overnight or for several hours before serving.
