FROZEN CHEESE CAKE 
5 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped (substitute 16 oz. Cool Whip)
12 graham crackers

Mix cream cheese, egg yolks, sugar and salt until thick. Add vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream.

Line pan (8x8 inch) with 6 crushed vanilla wafers. Pour filling over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze several hours or overnight. Use a large bowl. Recipe may be doubled.
