SUNSHINE PUNCH 
6 c. water
2 c. sugar

Put water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.

Combine:

3 (very ripe) bananas, mashed well (blender may be used)
2 (12 oz.) cans (3 c.) pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 to 2 c. white rum or vodka (optional)

Mix all ingredients in airtight container and freeze. May be stored as long as 2 months. (Makes 3 quarts with liquid).
