AMBROSIA PUNCH 
2 c. apricot nectar, chilled
2 c. orange juice, chilled
2 c. pineapple juice, chilled
1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
1 1/2 c. light rum, optional
1 (32 oz.) bottle club soda, chilled

Prepare ice rings in advance. In punch bowl combine all ingredients except club soda and ice ring; mix well. Just before serving, add club soda and ice ring. Makes about 3 quarts.

ICE RING:

Fill ring mold with water to within 1 inch of top rim; freeze.

Arrange grapes, apricot halves, mint leaves, maraschino cherries or other fruits on top of ice. Carefully pour small amount of cold water over fruits; freeze.
