FISH HOUSE PUNCH | |
1 qt. or 1 liter rum 1 qt. cold water or tea 1/2 lb. superfine sugar 1 pt. lemon juice 1 pt. brandy 2 oz. sweetened peach brandy Lg. block of ice IN a large punch bowl combine rum, water, tea, sugar and brandies. Mix well to dissolve all sugar. Add ice block and allow punch to stand for at least 2 hours before serving in order for flavors to blend. Makes 36 punch cup servings. |
