BAR-B-QUED MEAT BALLS 
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 or 2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cover crumbs with milk; add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form meat balls. Place in baking dish.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
