TOMATO CASSEROLE | |
6 med. tomatoes 1 sm. or med. onion, sliced 3/4 c. seasoned croutons 1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. basil 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Butter 1 quart casserole dish. Slice tomatoes and onions. Use two layers - start with tomatoes then onion rings and 1/2 of the croutons. Cover with 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Use salt and pepper. Basil on top layer. Dab with pieces of butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
