SCALLOPED CORN 
1 stick butter
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter in baking dish and mix all ingredients with it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
