EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 lg. container sm. cottage cheese
3-4 c. mozzarella, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. lasagna, uncooked

Brown ground beef and drain excess fat. Add sauce and water, simmer 10-15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients except the lasagna for filling.

In large 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan pour 1 cup sauce in bottom of pan, layer 4 pieces of uncooked lasagna in pan, cover with 1 1/2 cups sauce. Spread 1/3 of the filling over, then lasagna-sauce-filling as before; then cover with lasagna and remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes before cutting.
