GREEN AND GOLD CASSEROLE 
2 (19 oz.) frozen pkgs. broccoli, spinach or asparagus
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chicken, turkey or ham
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. sherry (cooking)
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Pimento (optional)

Arrange broccoli in greased casserole or 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with garlic and paprika. Top with cheese and meat. Blend soup and sour cream. Heat gently. Stir milk and sherry into soup and sour cream mixture. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with toasted almonds. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
