TOMATO JAM 
2 c. tomatoes, peeled & chopped well
2 c. sugar
1 (4 serving) pkg. raspberry Jello (or strawberry)

Cook tomatoes well. Add sugar and bring to boil. Add Jello. Mix well and bring to a boil. Pour into jars and refrigerate. Will keep well in refrigerator or can keep in freezer until ready to use. You can't taste the tomatoes.
