CURRIED MAYONNAISE 
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine the egg yolks and seasonings in a mixer. With the mixer on a medium speed, drizzle in half of the oil. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and continue adding the oil in a steady stream.
