EASY CHEESY COFFEE CAKE 
2 tubes crescent roll mix

Mix together until smooth:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk (reserve whites)

Spread 1 tube crescent roll on bottom of 11x4 inch pan. (Squeeze perforated holes in dough so it's one solid layer.) Put on cream cheese mixture. Place 2nd tube of crescent roll mixture on top. Coat with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes. Drizzle with icing (icing: water and powdered sugar).
