NORTHERN BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. bacon-cooked
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can Bush's baked beans
1 can lima beans, drained
1 can butter beans, drained

Fry bacon, drain grease reserving about 2 teaspoons. Crumble bacon and set aside. Add onion, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and garlic salt to frying pan. Cook until onions are soft and liquid forms a syrup consistency (approx. 5 minutes) over medium heat. Put beans in a 2 quart baking dish. Add bacon. Pour onion mixture over beans, mix gently.

Bake in pre-heated 350 oven for 30 minutes or until thoroughly warmed.
