DILLY CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 med. cucumber, sliced
1 med. sweet white onion, sliced and separated into rings

In medium bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and dill weed; mix well. Add cucumber and onion. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Makes 4 servings.
