1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
3 c. small curd cottage cheese
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
2 c. mayonnaise

Mix Jello, water and vinegar. Chill until Jello starts to set. Thaw and thoroughly drain the spinach. Add onion, cucumber, spinach, cottage cheese and mayonnaise to Jello. Place it in a 8 x 11 inch or 9 x 11 inch dish. Chill until firm.
