FESTIVE EGGNOG FLOATS 
1 qt. dairy eggnog
2 pt. peppermint ice cream, softened
1 c. chilled gingerale

Garnish: Small candy canes

Blend together eggnog and 2 pints of ice cream. Stir in gingerale. Serve in tall glassed topped with a scoop of ice cream and a candy cane.

Variations: Substitute 2 pints chocolate ice cream or orange sherbet for the peppermint.
