CREAMY SHRIMP WITH ANGELHAIR 
1 lb. cleaned, raw shrimp
8 to 10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
2 sm. onion, diced
1/2 lb. cooked angel hair pasta
2 pts. half & half
1/2 c. butter
4 to 5 oz. cheddar cheese

Saute onion in melted butter until tender. Clear but not browned. Add shrimp, saute 5 to 10 minutes. Remove shrimp, add cheese (s). Slowly stir in half and half cream. Mix until creamy - mixture will thicken slightly. Return shrimp. In individual casserole dishes.

NOTE: Place serving of angel hair, spoon shrimp with creamy cheese over pasta, sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
