DELUXE CHICKEN BREAST 
2 whole chicken breast, skinned and boned
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
dash salt
dash black pepper
dash paprika
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
bell pepper rings (for garnish)

Place chicken breast between wax paper. Flatten slightly with your hands. Whisk egg yolks with water. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in egg yolks. Roll in flour crumb mixture. Brown chicken in butter on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Prepare cheese sauce while chicken is cooking. After chicken is cooked, cover with cheese sauce; garnish with bell pepper rings, if desired.

Cheese Sauce:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Melt butter, stir in flour. Slowly add milk and cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Season with Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese and Cheddar cheese.
