"GOOD MOTHER" CUPCAKES 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 muffin tins with foil liners.

12 tbsp. melted butter, room temperature
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine melted butter, eggs, milk and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a sifter and sift them over the butter mixture. Beat until the mixture is perfectly combined. Spoon into the prepared pans, being careful to fill only halfway. Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes until done. Frost with your favorite frosting. Makes 24 cupcakes which freeze very well. (This is as easy to make as a boxed mix and much, much tastier!)
