HOT APPLE PIE WITH CARAMEL 
1 gallon apple cider
2 quarts apple juice
1 (2 oz.) bottle vanilla extract
5 cinnamon sticks
1 (750 ml.) bottle caramel vodka (I use Smirnoff Kissed Caramel)

In a large stockpot combine apple cider, apple juice, vanilla extract and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for an hour (your house will smell amazing!!!)

Take the stock pot off the heat and refrigerate overnight.

The next day add your bottle of caramel vodka and pour into bottles or jars (I like to use wine bottles for gift giving) and enjoy!!!
