STUFFED MANICOTTI 
12 manicotti shells
1 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach
1 (12 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground sausage
1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
Grated Jack cheese

Brown sausage with onion. Add drained spinach and ricotta cheese. Stuff in uncooked shells. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Pour sauce over shells. Bake, covered with foil, 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
