STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
4 lg. green peppers
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. green onion
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. rice, uncooked

Cut top out of bell peppers. Scrape and wash thoroughly. Bring water in large container to boil. Drop in bell peppers. Cook 5 minutes in hot boiling water. Remove and cool.

Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Stuff into cooled peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 4.
